Las consultas se atenderán gratuitamente vía telefónica y en caso de urgencia atenderemos a las mascotas en nuestra clínica. Si necesitan algún medicamento de la clínica, lo podrán pedir por teléfono.

Queremos transmitir un mensaje de tranquilidad porque hasta el momento no existe ninguna evidencia científica que indique que las mascotas son portadoras o transmisoras del coronavirus COVID-19.
MEDIDAS GENERALES CON ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA
- Después de tocar el animal + lavarse las manos+ No tocarse nariz, ojos y boca
- Limpiar al subir a casa, con gel desinfectante, las almohadillas y en la cola por prevención
MEDIDAS GENERALES PARA PERSONAS POSITIVAS EN CORONAVIRUS
- Se recomienda dejar el cuidado de la mascotas a otra persona
- Usar utensilios nuevos para el animal y no los usados en compañía de la persona positiva
- Si das positivo y no tienes con quien dejar al animal, asegúrate de limpiarte las manos habitualmente, usa una mascarilla en presencia del animal y evita en lo que puedas el contacto físico
- Respecto a la correa y demás material referido a la mascota, conviene lavarlos y desinfectarlos o emplear otros nuevos y desechar los que han estado en contacto con el enfermo. Es importante tomar todas estas precauciones para intentar frenar la expansión del virus

Consults will be by phone for free, and in case of urgencies we will tend to your pets in the clinic. If the pet needs any medicine from the clinic, you can order it by phone.

GENERAL MEASURES FOR POSITIVE PEOPLE IN CORONAVIRUSES
- It is recommended to leave the care of the pets to another person
- Use new utensils for the animal and not used in the company of the positive person
- If you test positive and you have no one to leave the animal with, make sure to clean your hands regularly, use a mask in the presence of the animal and avoid physical contact as much as possible
- Regarding the leash and other material related to the pet, it is advisable to wash and disinfect them or use new ones and discard those that have been in contact with the patient. It is important to take all these precautions to try to stop the virus from spreading
